We kept passages and “dead space” to a minimum in this design to ensure we can create the best possible usable area in this house you will also find a build-in cupboard for linen next to the bathroom. The 70m² house has three bedrooms & two bathrooms the second bathroom is an ensuite to the main bedroom. The kitchen is an open plan kitchen towards the lounge. The design is the same as the 65m² but with the extra 5m², we made the main bedroom larger and increased the size of the kitchen and lounge areas.
